TALMAGE MONROE
ABOUT

Talmage Monroe is an indie folk singer-songwriter known for his singular acoustic guitar style, profound lyrics, and unmistakable voice. His debut album, recorded in Nashville, saw performances by members of Counting Crows, The Mavericks, and other notables. His songwriting and guitar work have drawn comparisons to such luminaries as Nick Drake and Radiohead, while his raspy, cracked and intimate vocal style has been likened to Hamilton Leithauser and Townes Van Zandt. His new album, You May Hear Music or Silence, is set to be released later this year.
